Thomas Peel
Thomas is a Business Development and Commercial sales consultant working across most industry sectors, including Financial Services, High-tech, Consumer and Private Equity. He is an ICF accredited coach with a proven track record of entrepreneurial success. For 25 years, he has been helping businesses implement complex, large scale change for growth.
Almost born on a bike, he is keen on wheels and any sport or pastime that takes him outdoors.

Giles Vardey
Giles is a fully qualified coach with a MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. He specialises in coaching senior executives and board directors in addressing their many challenges and career transitions and is a professional level member of the European Mentoring Coaching Council.
Giles had a 40 year career in financial services prior to becoming a full time coach. He was chairman of 8 companies (public and private), a CEO twice and served on 20 company boards including the London Stock Exchange.
Apart from coaching, Giles is a keen veteran rower and enjoys jazz music and fly fishing.
